What we are looking for

Gleen is looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as the first Product Marketing Manager. Your contributions will be integral in driving Gleen's mission to redefine customer support using AI.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning all product communication and acting as a product evangelist for Gleen. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all product communication and act as a product evangelist

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute product positioning and messaging

  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity

  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights


  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in product marketing

  • Experience creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials

  • Interest in AI and LLMs technologies

Bonus Qualification

  • 1+ years of lead generation, sales, or marketing experience required OR applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts
