Gleen is looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as the first Product Marketing Manager. Your contributions will be integral in driving Gleen's mission to redefine customer support using AI.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning all product communication and acting as a product evangelist for Gleen. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials.

Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity
Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
Strong communication skills
Experience in product marketing
Experience creating content for social media, blogs and other marketing materials
Interest in AI and LLMs technologies
1+ years of lead generation, sales, or marketing experience required OR applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts
