Conversation credits are good until the end of the license agreement, which is one year. If you renew your Gleen AI license agreement, any unused conversation credits will automatically roll over into the next license period.
In Gleen AI, all questions and responses with the same user within a 30 minute span are considered to be one conversation. If the exchange continues beyond 30 minutes, a new conversation is considered to have been started.
Yes, you can always purchase additional conversation credits during the year. However, if you anticipate needing significantly more conversation credits, it’s best to purchase those up front to secure the deepest volume discount.
You purchase conversation credits up front. You’ll get deeper volume discounts (i.e., a lower price per conversation) as you purchase more conversations.
Yes. Even though you’re purchasing conversation credits up-front, you’ll receive a monthly invoice with the number of conversation credits used, the cost associated with those used credits, and the number of credits remaining in your account.
