Gleen is seeking a seasoned and talented professional to join our team remotely from India. As a Full Stack Engineer at Gleen, you will be at the forefront of an AI-first environment, employing your extensive knowledge and ingenuity to drive the adoption of generative AI. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing both the back-end and front-end applications and systems.
Work with our founders to define feature specifications
Build products leveraging frameworks such as React & React Native
Work with AI & Research team to implement the LLM integrations in the product
Thinking creatively about attack vectors, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing fixes
Work with AI & Research team to implement the LLM integrations in the product
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with React and other front end technology
Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
Experience developing web applications/services and backend APIs
Experience with test-driven development and use of testing frameworks
Ability to write and communicate effectively
Interest in AI and generative AI product
Familiarity with full-stack development
Prior experience of working in product companies.
