What we are looking for

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer at Gleen, you will be at the forefront of an AI-first environment, employing your extensive knowledge and ingenuity to shape our innovative AI customer support systems.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing both the back-end and front-end of various products. These products will be integrated into our advanced ticketing solution, seamlessly blending with our AI capabilities to deliver a superior customer support experience.

Your key contributions will be instrumental in furthering Gleen's mission: to redefine customer support

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our founders to define feature specifications

  • Build products leveraging frameworks such as React & React Native

  • Work with AI & Research team to implement the LLM integrations in the product

  • Thinking creatively about attack vectors, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing fixes

  • Work with AI & Research team to implement the LLM integrations in the product


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with React and other front end technology

  • Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability

  • Experience developing web applications/services and backend APIs

  • Experience with test-driven development and use of testing frameworks

  • Ability to write and communicate effectively

Bonus Qualification

  • Interest in AI and generative AI product

  • Familiarity with full-stack development

  • Prior experience of working in product companies.
