What we are looking for

Gleen is seeking a seasoned and talented professional to join our team remotely from India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing the core backend infrastructure of our products. These products will be integrated into our advanced ticketing solution, effortlessly interfacing with our AI capabilities to deliver a superior customer support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our founders to define feature specifications

  • Scaling our system for the data ingestion, AI model training and inference

  • Work with AI & Research team to implement the LLM integrations in the product

  • Scaling the load of real time message delivery, Gleen ticketing system and other backend services

  • Developing Actionbots infrastructure using LLM and other AI models


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with working in scaling backend services

  • Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability

  • Experience developing backend APIs, schema, scaling systems

  • Experience in working with python based frameworks such as Django, Flask etc

  • Ability to write and communicate effectively


Bonus Qualification

  • Interest in AI and generative AI product

  • Prior expereince of working in startups

  • Prior experience of working in product companies.
