What we are looking for

As an AI Engineer at Gleen, you'll be immersed in an AI-first environment, using your knowledge and creativity to shape our groundbreaking AI systems. This role presents the chance to work with state-of-the-art AI models, such as Transformer architectures, GPT-4, BERT, and more. Your contributions will be integral in driving Gleen's mission to redefine customer support using AI.

You'll play a big part in deciding what technology we use, what our engineering team looks like, and how we plan our future. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to take the lead, bring new ideas to the table, and really make a difference.

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement NLP models to improve the functionality and usability of our platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, implement NLP models and algorithms for accuracy and efficiency, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement NLP models to improve platform functionality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs

  • Research and stay current with advancements in NLP and AI


  • Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence or related field.

  • Experience building and deploying AI models/APIs in production environment.

  • Experience in working in LLM models such as GPT-4, BERT, etc.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
