As an AI Engineer at Gleen, you'll be immersed in an AI-first environment, using your knowledge and creativity to shape our groundbreaking AI systems. This role presents the chance to work with state-of-the-art AI models, such as Transformer architectures, GPT-4, BERT, and more. Your contributions will be integral in driving Gleen's mission to redefine customer support using AI.

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement NLP models to improve the functionality and usability of our platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, implement NLP models and algorithms for accuracy and efficiency, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI.

Design and implement NLP models to improve platform functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs
Research and stay current with advancements in NLP and AI
Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence or related field.
Experience building and deploying AI models/APIs in production environment.
Experience in working in LLM models such as GPT-4, BERT, etc.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
