Welcome to Gleen (Formerly, Helix), a comprehensive support solution for modern teams. Gleen, Gleen AI, Gleen Support, Gleen Forums, and Gleen Ticketing are products operated by Helix3 Labs, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). We may introduce more products in the future under the Gleen umbrella. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all our products and services.

Please read these Security Statement carefully before using the Gleen platform, chatbot, website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Helix3 Labs, Inc.

    In addition to the website, Gleen integrates with Help Desks and messaging products (such as Discord, Slack, and Telegram) as GleenBot to facilitate questions and answers in our partner’s properties. As part of the integration, GleenBot has

    • Usernames on the appropriate product
    • Question content (including but not limited to title, description and any attachments) and its follow-up messages
    • For Gleen ticketing, we collect Names and Email for communication with the users

    Ability to send messages to specific channels/persons as appropriate and needed for the product to function

  2. Making sure all its employees follow the company’s best practices, processes, and procedures
  3. Protecting customer data and Gleen's information, intellectual property, people, and activities against loss, damage, disruption, or unauthorized disclosure.
  4. Understanding customer’s security needs and delivering high standards of service
  5. Implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures towards achieving the relevant regulatory requirements.

  2. Storage: Data collected by Gleen from partners (via Discord, Telegram) is stored in the cloud with the highest possible security policies.
  3. Access: Any data collected is accessible only to authorized employees or bots.
  4. Purge: Upon receiving the request, we make a reasonable effort to purge the relevant data as soon as possible. In some instances however, it may take up to 3 months for us to comply with the request.
