Gleen aims to make businesses 10X more efficient by using generative AI. Our flagship product, Gleen AI, learns from documentation, wikis, and help desk/community interactions to provide highly accurate and context-aware answers to customer support questions. It leverages multiple LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2) and combines several AI and machine learning methods to ensure response quality.
We are backed by Silicon Valley's top VCs, including Slow Ventures, 6th Man Ventures, and South Park Commons, who are partnering with us to revolutionize customer support. Our team includes former Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Uber product and engineering leaders. They bring their transformational experience to advance Gleen's machine-learning technology and growth at an unprecedented pace.
Gleen is seeking skilled, motivated engineering interns to become part of our dynamic team. Our engineering interns will collaborate closely with the founders to expand Gleen's footprint in various communities. This remarkable opportunity offers an excellent platform for making a significant contribution to the ecosystem.
